About the Event

Civic Exchange is organising a public forum on 26 October at The University of Hong Kong to encourage discussions on the quality of open space in Hong Kong. Senior Researcher Carine Lai will present the latest research findings from Civic Exchange’s public opinion survey that polled 3,600 respondents across 18 districts on their usage of open space and its importance to their wellbeing, followed by two panel discussions and case studies of well-liked open space designs. Participants are also welcome to join a taichi session before the forum opens and guided open-space tours in the afternoon. The forum is part of the Jockey Club Civic Exchange “Reconnecting Open Space” Programme, funded by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust.
