Officer – Communications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and producing a range of communications materials including e-Newsletters, press releases, eDM, and other corporate write-ups
  • Daily news monitoring and compiling news clipping reports
  • Managing and maintaining content of the corporate website, intranet, social media platforms and other communication channels
  • Coordinate corporate and publicity events
  • Handling media relations
  • Compiling internal update reports
  • Other administrative and ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

  • Degree in Communications, Journalism, Translation or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience is preferred
  • Excellent command of both English and Chinese, and good writing and communications skills
  • Familiar with social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube
  • Knowledge in MailChimp, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver and video editing tools will be an advantage
  • Experience in dealing with the media
  • Experience in managing external service providers and vendors to deliver result in timely and quality manners
  • Proactive, creative and detail-oriented
  • Able to work independently and effectively with limited resources
  • Good team member with strong interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Interested in environmental and sustainability issues
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer
