Major Responsibilities:
- Assist Department Head in developing and executing communications strategy to build BEC’s brand equity and reputation
- Be responsible for the editorial content and issuance of BEC e-newsletter
- Develop and execute social media strategy to raise BEC’s brand equity on digital platforms
- Enhance BEC’s media exposure and publicity by maintaining good media relations
- Lead BEC’s communications and media activities to meet strategic priorities, from project management to promotions
- Liaise with other organisations in co-organising and supporting environmental events and activities
- Manage BEC website by ensuring the accuracy and timely updates of information with effective presentation
- Work closely with different teams for corporate events and programmes
- Perform other duties assigned by Department Head
Requirements:
- Degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of communications/ marketing experience in sizeable organisations
- Excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Chinese language
- Familiar with MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese and English word processing
- Relevant experience in managing social media platforms
- Well organised with good project management skills
- A team player with good collaboration and interpersonal skills
- High self-motivation with positive mindset
- Good understanding of environmental and sustainability issues an advantage
- Candidates with more experience may be considered for the position of Manager
