Business Environment Council, the Consulate General of Finland in Hong Kong and Macao and Finnish Chamber of Commerce jointly bring you a breakfast seminar entitled “Creating a Smarter, Sustainable City”.
Digital solutions and technologies are constantly transforming cities and societies as a whole. Both Finland and Hong Kong emphasise smart city solutions and sustainability as part of their governmental objectives. New, innovative technological solutions in cities will improve the urban development, sustainability and the well-being of the people. Investing in the creation of smart cities works as driving force for future growth while the path towards a more sustainable, carbon-neutral and environmentally friendly economy is being shaped.
The seminar aims to provide an insight into Finnish smart city technologies as well as Finland’s expertise when it comes to sustainable solutions. The seminar consists of keynote speeches and a panel discussion.
