As environmental consciousness continues to rise among consumers, hospitality industry leaders are increasingly focused on implementing sustainable practices. Following the recent launch of the Product Eco-responsibility (Amendment) Bill 2023, hotels, restaurants, and other hospitality businesses are under growing pressure to adopt green measures and showcase their commitment to sustainability.

To help hospitality professionals navigate this important transition, BEC Leadership Networking Series & Mini Expo took the banner of “Sustainable Hospitality”, with the aim of exploring innovative ways to promote sustainability in hospitality and related industries. Held on 30 July 2024 (Tuesday), this event brought together sustainability leaders and influential individuals from the hotel and catering sectors, uncovering the latest developments and discoveries over sustainability topics including energy-efficient operations, sustainable sourcing, and waste reduction. What’s more, participants also took part in our exposition displays, which offered possibilities to make connections with professionals who shared similar interests.
