Following the release of the Chief Executive’s 2024 Policy Address, BEC hosted a dialogue session for members to exchange opinions with the Government. This dialogue session strived to share the Government's latest thoughts and goals related to climate and environment, and allowed business to address significant issues and concerns such as sectoral decarbonisation, financing transition, climate-related data disclosure, resilience, and adaptation. By assembling various and diverse viewpoints, we hoped to foster an in-depth conversation with the Government on transitioning to a net-zero economy that incorporates the expectations of the business sector.
