Business Environment Council Limited (“BEC”) held its latest CEO Dialogue on 2 April 2025 themed "Sustainable Architectural Design and Sustainable Property Development for a Net-zero Future". The event featured Ar Ivy Lee, Managing Director and Head of Sustainability at Leigh & Orange Limited, as the guest speaker. She joined Mr Simon Ng, Chief Executive Officer of BEC, in a thought-provoking discussion that explored innovative strategies and best practices for integrating sustainability into architectural design and property development.
Mr Simon Ng stated, “This dialogue reinforced that integrating sustainability into property development is essential for a thriving and resilient future.
