Some initiatives being considered include installing oil-free variable speed air-cooled chiller, optimising the operation schedule of building services equipment, carrying out retro-commissioning, and conducting collaborative energy reduction programme with our building users.

To support the Energy Saving Charter, we have carried out various measures to enhance energy efficiency of our Headquarters Building, such as maintaining average indoor air temperature between 24-26°C during the summer, switching off appliances and systems not being used, procuring energy efficient appliances and systems, and engaging staff to adopt energy saving practices.
