- The in-person pass includes access to physical conference session and online pass; all in-person registrants will be automatically registered for full day online pass - no need to register separately.
- As seats are limited, registrations are based on a first-come-first-served basis.
- Participants are required to comply with Vaccine Pass; participants are required to scan the venue QR code with "LeaveHomeSafe" mobile app. Persons with “Red Code” are not allowed to enter BEC event venue.
- Participants are required to wear surgical masks properly in the BEC premises at all times, unless eating or drinking.
- Participants are required to pass the temperature check at the building entrance before admission. Any person with temperature of or over 37°C will be denied entry.
- Participants under mandatory quarantine or wearing electronic wristband are restricted to enter.
- Do not enter the venue if you have been in close contact with any person who is a confirmed or preliminary positive case of COVID-19 infection in the past 14 days.
- Participants shall follow the advice of the staff during the event. BEC reserves the right to deny entry to the venue or remove from it any person who fails to comply with the above rules and regulations. Such persons are not allowed to re-enter the venue during the event.
