Implementation of Vaccine Pass to enter BEC event venues (只有英文版本)
As the epidemic trend continued to be stabilised, the Government announced on 3 May the further relaxation of social distancing measures, with a view to relaunching social and economic activities in an orderly manner.
Starting from 19 May, the restriction of the number of persons allowed in event premises will be relaxed to 85 per cent of their capacity. All BEC event venue users must continue to comply with the relevant restrictions under Cap. 599F, including the Vaccine Pass. They must have received at least three doses of COVID-19 vaccine in order to enter BEC event venues, (see Annex for Vaccine Pass Requirements issued by the Government). Exempted scenarios include:
- Aged under 12
- Holders of the COVID-19 Vaccination Medical Exemption Certificate (Exemption Certificate)
Based on the above, all BEC event venue users are required to scan the venue QR code with "LeaveHomeSafe" mobile app. The QR code of vaccination record or Exemption certificate will be shown automatically. Please present the QR code to the "QR Code Verification Scanner" and confirm before entering BEC event venues.
All BEC venue users, including event organisers, are required to comply with the above measures. In case of any non-compliance, BEC reserves the right to forbid the venue users from using the reserved venue or cancel the booking without prior notice or compensation.
Should you have any enquiry, please feel free to contact BEC at firstname.lastname@example.org or 2784 3958.
