Securing the best new infrastructure requires effective tendering processes for both those managing the procurement and those who bid for the work. Mr Cope will explain the concept of a bid lifecycle outlining where and when opportunities occur for bidders to increase their likelihood of success, which could help transform the way that tendering companies manage their bids. An understanding of the lifecycle helps the bid teams focus on what each new bid requires resulting in an efficient and potentially far more successful approach to tendering than is often the case. |
