BEC is organising an Industry Visit to Guangzhou. In the visit, BEC is proud to be one of the supporting organizations of WasteMET Asia and we will go to visit the expo there. Thus will visit the T.I.T Creative Park and Guangzhou Knowledge City. Come to join this Visit. Please act fast!

Remarks

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Registration is on a first-come-first-serve basis and BEC reserves the right not to accept any registration, at its sole discretion and without the need to give explanations.
  2. The itinerary and programmes are subject to changes. Final details will be confirmed about one week prior to the visit.
  3. For participants who prefer to have the twin-shared room arrangement but have not identified the room-mates, BEC will try to help identifying room-mates. In case no room-mate can be arranged, the single room arrangement and an extra fee of HK$280 will be applied.
  4. Full payment is required on/before 15 November 2016 (5pm) to secure the booking; Payment is not refundable unless the event is cancelled by BEC. No Show will be charged at full fee. Payment method to be advised.
  5. An official receipt will be issued by BEC through email to the participant after full payment is settled.
  6. Fee covers the cost of transportation, insurance and administration charged by BEC.
  7. Your personal data provided to us will be used for our future marketing purposes and/or joint promotion with co-organizers or partners or third parties. If you do not want us to use your personal data for the said purpose, please “unsubscribe” to our marketing or promotional materials or inform us by email to unsubscribe@bec.org.hk.
  8. Information provided will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, loaned, or otherwise disclosed to third party.
  9. This trip will not be organised if the number of participants is less than 20.
  10. BEC reserves the final right of interpretation.
