Mr Eric Ma, Secretary for Development and Ms Phyllis Li, Deputy Director of Planning/Territorial will join this Policy Dialogue Series to provide members and others with first hand briefing on the development policies set out in the Policy Address 2017 and the territorial development strategic plan known as Hong Kong 2030+. They will exchange views and engage in a dialogue with BEC Board Directors and the wider audience.

- Mr Ricky Liu, Vice President, Building Technologies of Siemens Limited: bringing a smart city perspective to the discussion.
