In the past few decades, humans have generated millions of tonnes of plastic waste causing serious environmental problems. An example is ocean pollution which leads to micro-plastics in our food chain. In this experience sharing session, representatives from the Government and the business sector will share their efforts, initiatives, experiences and views on actions to reduce the use of single-use plastic. BEC welcomes the attendance of corporate organisations interested in reducing plastic pollution to exchange their views and strategies. Seats are limited and priority is given to BEC members.
