Climate change brings about new risks, ranging from physical threats to assets and a compromised supply chain, to policy, legal, reputational risks. New opportunities also arise, from potential cost savings from resource efficiency and new markets for low-carbon products and services. These climate-related risks and opportunities all have financial implications.

The Financial Stability Board Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) has developed a set of recommendations to help companies manage climate-related financial risks and for consistent disclosures by companies to investors, lenders, insurers, and other stakeholders.

Given the expectations from investors and stakeholders, corporates should begin putting the TCFD recommendations into practice. But how do you implement the recommendations? Where do you begin? Come join Deciphering TCFD, Part 2: Implementing the Recommendations – Tools, Insights, and Best Practice to gain insights into the tools available and best practice on how your company should navigate TCFD.
