About the speaker: Ir K K Iu is the Managing Director & Laboratory Manager of Westwood Hong & Associates Ltd (WHA) which is an environmental engineering and acoustic consultancy company. Ir IU started the involvement in acoustics, noise and vibration control projects for more than 40 years. Having plenty of experience in acoustic design and noise mitigation projects, Ir Iu also specialize in acoustic testing, measurements and troubleshooting. He has established one of the largest acoustic testing laboratories and accredited both by China National Accreditation Service (CNAS) and Hong Kong Laboratory Accreditation Scheme (HOKLAS).
