About the speaker: Ir Joshua Tong is an environmental engineer with over 10 years of experience in the green building and environmental sectors. He currently serves as a Project Assessor at BEAM Society Limited, where his responsibilities include conducting BEAM Plus project assessments and contributing to the enhancement and revision of the BEAM Plus Manuals. Prior to joining BEAM Society Limited, he worked at consultancy firms, where he was responsible for project management and carried out technical simulations, including building energy modelling and lighting/ daylight analysis, etc.
