By living and working throughout Europe, America and Asia, he became passionate about diversity and leveraging cultural synergies for the development of disruptive innovations. As the CEO of Siemens Mobility in Hong Kong, he is working with his team and local partners to turn Hong Kong into a sustainable and smart city. Holding patents by himself, he is always looking for bright ideas and supports talents and their visions. And still today he is dealing with latest technologies and is using AI for developing apps by himself, just for fun.

Mrs Jing Lei Jing’s passion lies in connecting people, technology, and business opportunities. Over the past few years, she has been fortunate enough to conduct over 100 business projects across France, Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong, and Mainland China. As a global citizen and super connector across diverse industries her goals at PALO IT are to help both individuals and organizations evolve and embrace new technologies and use business as a force for the greater good. She has been advocating actively to advise businesses to integrate ESG and sustainability frameworks into their digital service design.

Mr Henry Poon Mr Henry Poon is the General Manager and Founder of WCL Solution Limited, an esteemed IT solutions provider specializing in digital transformation for a wide range of industries. Leveraging his decade-long experience in the IT industry, Henry has successfully led numerous digital transformation projects, demonstrating his extensive expertise and broad practical experience. Before dedicating his full attention to WCL Solution, Henry gained considerable experience across various sectors, including trading, manufacturing, logistics, higher education, government, and medical services. His exposure to diverse software types and rigorous business operations worldwide inspired him to create a comprehensive electronic content management software native to Hong Kong. This software aims not only to reduce dependency on paper and manual tasks but also to leverage technology in embracing sustainability and people needs, aligning with Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles. In addition to his professional career, Henry contributes to social sustainability as an Enterprise Advisor under the CLAP program created by The Hong Kong Jockey Club, fostering an ecosystem that bridges the gap between education, community, and business sectors to facilitate youth transition from school to work. His multi-faceted role as an experienced IT professional and a committed social contributor reflects his dedication to both technology and community development.
