Ir Dr Anthony Lo
Director – Customer Success and Sales, CLP Power Hong Kong Limited

Ir Dr Anthony Lo has rich experience in building service consultancy, green building design and energy management. He is currently Director of Customer Experience and Success in CLP Power and the Board Director of the Hong Kong Green Building Council.

Ir Dr Lo is actively involved in formulating energy management strategies and implementing innovative energy saving solutions to help customers achieve their sustainability goals. He manages various energy saving programmes and financial schemes to support green building transformation. Moreover, he is committed to leading the Retro-commissioning Charter Programme to encourage the application of retro-commissioning in the industry.

To support the development of green finance, he collaborates with banks in driving application for the sustainability link loans and builds significant successful cases to achieve decarbonisation and promote sustainability for future generations.

Sustainability is the future of our living. Ir Dr Lo is passionate about helping companies achieve sustainability and working hand in hand with different stakeholders to combat climate change and transform Hong Kong into a low-carbon smart city.

Mr Raymond Leung
Chief Technology Officer, Hong Kong Digital Power Business Dept, Huawei International Co. Limited

Raymond Leung is currently the Chief Technology Officer of Huawei International Co. Limited.  He is a strategy leader with board experience in defining and implementing strategic plans to capture the growth opportunities of digital transformation. Prior to working with Huawei, Raymond has been associated with reputed organizations such as Schneider Electric to deliver advance digital solution and energy management platform in the market.  He has also played a key role in establishing overall setups in Mainland China and secured multiple contracts at Siemens.  Throughout his working experience in different countries, Raymond has demonstrated a proven track record and dedicated to work in the past 30 years. Raymond is a control and instrumentation engineer and a Bachelor in Engineering from the University of Hong Kong.

Mr Ron Chow
Chief Strategy Officer, Baguio Green Group

Responsible for corporate strategy, innovation, corporate development, partnership, M&A, investment and capital market of Baguio Green Group, the largest recycling, waste management and circular economy group in Hong Kong with around 10,000 staff.

Successfully led numerous innovative projects for the Hong Kong Government, such as the Smart Recycling Machine & Big Data Platform, the Smart Recycling Food Waste Machine, the Bioconversion project to address chicken waste issues, and the AI-powered Smart Toilet project serving over 800 FEHD public toilets, etc. These initiatives have been instrumental in assisting Hong Kong to meet its Paris Agreement commitments and advance its recycling and waste management strategies.

Subject Matter Expert in circular economy and green technology with CFA and CESGA credentials. He is currently pursuing a Master in Sustainability Leadership at the University of Cambridge.
