Climate change is one of the most urgent global challenges of our time. To address climate change and reduce carbon emissions, Mainland China has adopted a series of policies and measures, striving to reach the emission peak by 2030 and achieve carbon neutrality by 2060. Enterprises in Hong Kong and Mainland China have also taken corresponding carbon reduction measures to actively respond to climate crisis.
BEC is organising a technical and exchange tour to Shenzhen and Foshan in collaboration with BYD, Feichi Technology, Foran Energy, HSBC, Sinosynergy and Towngason on 13–14 March 2024. The purpose of this tour is to explore the latest green energy, electric vehicles and hydrogen technologies in Mainland China.
Tour Highlights
The delegation will participate in an industry exchange forum, providing an opportunity to engage with mainland environmental technology companies and industry experts, fostering collaboration and creating business opportunities. The delegation will also visit the headquarters of an industry leader in electronics, automotives, renewable energy and rail transit, as well as several locations in Foshan, a leading region in hydrogen development in Mainland China. These locations include an integrated energy station, a hydrogen fuel cell manufacturer and a vehicle manufacturing factory.
