Ms Olivia To Olivia To is Senior Vice President (Sustainability)Technology, Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Invest Hong Kong, the government department responsible for attracting and facilitating foreign direct investment into Hong Kong. She is a sustainability professional specializing in climate change and green technology. She is an engineer by training, certified carbon auditor, carbon trader and WELL AP. In her previous role at the Environmental Protection Department of HKSARG, she worked with directorates to prepare Hong Kong’s Climate Action Plan 2050 and carbon accounting. She holds a master’s degree in environmental engineering and management from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a bachelor’s degree in Global Environmental Studies from the Education University of Hong Kong. She also serves as a Committee Member of the Energy Institute. As a rescue diver, she continues her passion in marine conservation at leisure.

Ms Alice Suen Alice Suen is the Managing Director, Head of Sustainable Finance and Investment, HSBC Hong Kong. She engages with Hong Kong’s broad sustainable finance ecosystem on behalf of HSBC Hong Kong, looking for opportunities to leverage HSBC’s capabilities and market position in Hong Kong to support sustainable market development and deliver new solutions to address Local, Regional and Global needs. Having worked in the financial services industry for almost 20 years, Alice has a wealth of experience across frontline relationship management, business strategy, and people management. She has a dedicated focus on Greater China Business, and she has previously worked in Shanghai and the Greater Bay Area. Outside of her professional career, Alice is an enthusiast in ESG-related volunteering activities. She has also run full marathons for charity and completed a trek in Indian Himalayas to raise fund for social and environmental causes. She is a mentor in HKSAR’s Strive and Rise Mentoring Programme supporting junior secondary students from under-privileged family for two consecutive years. Alice graduated from University of Toronto, Rotman School of Management, with a Bachelor Degree in Commerce.

Mr Ronald Young Ronald is Head of Sustainable Banking Development at the Hong Kong Monetary Authority. He is responsible for the formulation and implementation of policy to promote sustainable banking activities and facilitate the banking sector’s management of climate related risks. Prior to his current role, Ronald was Head of Sustainable Finance for Asia at a major international bank based in Hong Kong, leading the bank’s sustainable banking activities in the region including strategy formulation, client engagement, transaction structuring and risk management. During his time as a financier, he was an active contributor to the sustainable finance community, playing leadership roles in industry associations, championing improvements in market standards, and engaging in campaigns on capacity building. Ronald has over 20 years of experience in international banking, finance and investment based in New York, London, Hong Kong and Singapore, focusing on sustainable finance and transactions in the energy, infrastructure and natural resources sectors. He received a BS in Economics with a major in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a BSE in Civil Engineering from the same university. He is a CFA charterholder.

Mr Victor Cheng Victor joined Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park (HSITP) in 2024 as the Director of Sustainability to lead the development of net-zero roadmap, stakeholder engagement and shared value creation. Victor assumed various global and regional executive roles with multinationals. Prior to joining HSITP, Victor oversaw the global sustainability strategy for a Fortune 500 fashion and wearable technology company with a presence of over 32 countries. He spearheads a net zero transition strategy for the 40 years old global brand. He has been a prominent advocate for sustainable development and regional collaboration of his presence in multiple market segments - green tech, material science, retail and manufacturing. He received a master’s degree in Business Administration from Imperial Business School in 2015 and a bachelor’s degree in Molecular Genetics and Microbiology from University of Toronto in 2000.

Mr Peter Lee Mr Lee is the Chief Sustainability Officer of the Airport Authority. He supports, guides and advises the Authority on the formulation and implementation of long-term sustainability strategies that encompass environment, social, governance, and climate resilience at corporate level. He also leads and manages all environmental matters related to the planning and implementation of the Expansion of the Hong Kong International Airport into a Three-Runway System, which is to maintain Hong Kong as an international aviation hub at the heart of Asia Pacific region. Before joining the Airport Authority in 2012, Mr Lee has over 20 years’ experience in environmental and engineering consultancy, leading and managing the EIA studies for a number of major infrastructure and urban development projects. Mr Lee is a founding fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Qualified Environmental Professionals and the Secretary General of the Marine Ecology Enhancement Fund and the Fisheries Enhancement Fund.

In addition to his role at PALO IT, Fabrice serves as a Board Member of the Hong Kong & Macao Chapter of HEC Paris Business School. He also holds multiple positions at the French Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong, including Councilor and President of the Digital Innovation Committee, where he oversees the chamber's activities and shares insights on digital innovation and market trends.

Mr Anthony Yan Anthony Yan holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science from City University of Hong Kong and is certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt and Intellectual Property Management Professional. With more than ten years of experience guiding products from laboratory concept to commercial launch. His current work centers on advanced green technologies, carbon asset development, and ESG driven solutions. In parallel, he spearheads the company’s expansion into overseas environmental protection markets, particularly across Southeast Asia.

Mr Armstrong Cheng Armstrong Cheng has been working in the Hong Kong Observatory for about 30 years, spending most of the time in the forecasting and warning services focusing on service delivery. He led his team to develop dissemination systems, including the popular “MyObservatory” mobile application, to enable weather warning and forecast bulletins to deliver to the public, media and special users instantly. Mr Cheng also participated in technical commission of the World Meteorological Organization (WMO), a United Nation agency whose mandate covers weather, climate and water resources, leading expert team members to develop and operate the WMO World Weather Information Service and Severe Weather Information Centre websites that increase the availability of authoritative warnings and information related to extreme and potentially high-impact weather, water and climate events.

Ms Suki Han Suki is an Assistant Manager on the Policy & Research team at BEC. She has 8 years of experience in sustainability consulting, stakeholder engagement, and policy research. Currently, Suki leads research initiatives on climate change and renewable energy while promoting BEC’s Net-zero Carbon Charter and supporting programmes among businesses. Before joining BEC, Suki worked with a range of clients across different sectors on sustainability issues in the US and Hong Kong. Her responsibilities included researching international renewable energy policies, developing sustainability strategies and reporting, providing assurance services, and enhancing ESG rating performance. She has actively participated in international climate change negotiations and policy development as a delegate and Course Instructor for Duke University's U.N. Climate Change Negotiations Practicum. Suki holds a BS degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology, a Master of Environmental Management degree from Duke University, and an MBA degree from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
