Following the release of the Chief Executive’s 2025 Policy Address, BEC will be hosting a dialogue session for members to exchange opinions with the Government. This dialogue session strives to share the Government's latest thoughts and goals related to climate and environment, and allows business to address significant issues and concerns such as sectoral decarbonisation, financing transition, climate-related data disclosure, resilience, and adaptation. By assembling various and diverse viewpoints, we hope to foster an in-depth conversation with the Government on transitioning to a net-zero economy that incorporates the expectations of the business sector.
BEC is pleased to have Miss Diane Wong, Under Secretary for Environment and Ecology, as our guest of honour. Miss Diane Wong will join with BEC Members and Board Directors for the discussion on the latest development of environmental related policies and city-wide decarbonisation action plan.
