O · PARK1 is Hong Kong’s first facility to use advanced anaerobic digestion technology to convert food waste into renewable energy and high-quality, nutrient-rich compost. Participants will gain insights into the full waste-to-energy and waste-to-material processes, from pre-treatment to power generation and composting, while exploring how these innovative circular economy practices contribute to a more sustainable future.
