BEC is delighted to present a technical visit to the Community Liaison Centre (“CLC”) of the Civil Engineering and Development Department (“CEDD”)’s Civil Engineering Office in Ma Liu Shui on Wednesday 16 September 2026, offering a firsthand look at one of Hong Kong’s newest signature landmarks of circular architecture.
By joining this visit, you will gain a deeper understanding of the work of CEDD’s Civil Engineering Office “Land, Sea, Forest, and Living” through interactive exhibits at CLC. At the same time, the CLC building itself stands as a landmark example of circular architecture, designed with a strong emphasis on disassembly, reversibility, and adaptability. During the visit, the project team will share their experience on design and construction, highlighting innovative circular design solutions and materials used.
