Holiday Inn Express Hong Kong SoHo is the world’s first high rise building (hotel) which has achieved four platinum or equivalent of green awards – Hong Kong BEAM Plus, US LEED, BCA Green Mark by The Building and Construction Authority, Singapore and Three Star of China Green Building Council. By visiting this site, participants will learn more about the innovative construction and energy optimisation technologies applied at the hotel, including the 4-day fast track construction cycle, 5D Building Information Modeling, 22 energy efficient hardware and 8 software co-developed by specialised experts in various aspects.
